Browse through our content in the Home, Meditate, Sleep, or Sounds tabs. Tap on any session card to open the player and begin your practice.

What are streaks?

Streaks track your consecutive days of meditation. Complete at least one session per day to maintain your streak. You can see your current streak in the header.

How does mood tracking work?

Check in daily with your mood using the prompt on the home screen. Over time, you'll see insights about your emotional patterns in your profile.

Can I download sessions for offline use?

Premium members can download sessions for offline listening. Look for the download icon on any session page.

How do breathing exercises work?

Go to the Sounds tab and select a breathing exercise. Follow the expanding and contracting circle to guide your breath through each phase.

What is Daily Calm?

Daily Calm is a fresh 10-minute meditation that changes each day, focusing on different themes like gratitude, resilience, or present moment awareness.
